A cancellation policy applies to each camp/clinic. If you cancel your booking 3 months or more before a camp/clinic, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations received after 3 months prior to a camp/clinic will not be refunded.
Fees may be applied to another session at the discretion of the Director. Please get in touch to discuss.
We make every effort to ensure we have multiple surfaces / facilities available to play or offer alternative skills development sessions in the event of heavy rain, other inclement weather, or unsafe pitch conditions. We prioritise safety at all times and all decisions to move sessions indoors (e.g. to a sports hall or classroom) are based on player safety according to our risk assessments and the risk assessments of our host schools. Any indoor sessions are led by our experienced coaches who are qualified to run both physical indoor trainings and classroom skills sessions (e.g. goal-setting, tactics, rules checks, etc.). We do not offer refunds if we have to move a session indoors.
In the event that Advance Lacrosse has to postpone or cancel a camp/clinic for extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, all registered players will be able to apply their registration to another camp/clinic(s) up to the same value, and will also receive a 50% discount voucher for one additional camp/clinic.
